Little Wing

I had a haircut, my mom too, and Craig Bellamy. With his new hairdo, Patrick Kluivert now looks like that 16-year-old rapper girl who got through American Idol audition. And Robert Earnshaw's looked bad. So Rio Ferdinand cleverly left the Alicia Keys gang.

My nephew Elvis is a born playboy.

Me: What're you giving me for my birthday?

Elvis: Your birthday? Hmmm... Dress!

Me: Really? What kind?

Elvis: Pretty dress. Got glitter.... and butterfly.

Me: Where you gonna buy?

Elvis: Orchard Road.

Me: Whoa Orchard Road huh!

Elvis: And makeup also.

But Elvis is 5 and a half! And he says "yes" when i ask him if i'm pretty. *giggles*

New Kid In Town

Watching TV for 5 running hours on a Monday night can be an incredibly joyous thing to do. Of course the joy stopped short once DOOL came on. But anyway, it was my first time watching Las Vegas, and the series is nothing like Casino (i'd thought it would remotely feel something like that). Looks more like Miami. The night got better with Arrested Development. I simply love the way the show looks. And what better way to end the night than with Whose Line Is It Anyway? And then the Special guest knocked on my door and it was a late night walk out and some late night fried chicken and a late night walk home. Joyous enough for me, i say.

Strange Brew

For the longest time, there has been nothing that i really want to say. But i hate to have my blog un-updated for weeks and months, so i'm gonna just blog about nothing in particular.

Let's see... How's the new year treating you? Well for me it doesn't feel like a new year. It's more like a continuation from last year, isn't it? Especially when i still do not have very important things to do, except for sitting around and taking in the fact that i'm soon to be yet older, not to mention feeling utterly helpless and wrinkled about it. I wonder how it's like for people whose new school terms have begun. I miss YTF.

Very soon i'll start planning my beauty regime. I am obviously not doing it right. The using of facial scrubs, pore refining facial mask, pore tightening toner and moisturiser together is seemingly not enough to keep my face from looking like it does now. I ought to throw in some anti-wrinkles cream (especially for skin around the eyes) since i laugh so much. Laughing makes it easier for fine lines to show. Oh, and some elixir that gets rid of dark eye circles. I can't bloody leave my house without having to use a concealer which is still not potent enough for my power dark eye rings. Y'know that saying about how there are no ugly women, just lazy women? I guess it's only true to a certain extent. Some people are just born with beautiful, supple skin, and others the complete opposite.

I don't know why but i really just feel like saying that Bob Dylan and Eric Clapton were two really goodlooking men back in those days.
