Little Tooth Fairy

Everyone say "hi" to Penny. She's my sprouting wisdom tooth, tiny and growing. It's nice to have a new friend but this little one brings me quite a bit of pain. I'm having problems eating and the gum she's standing on is sore. She didn't get a nice, cosy spot to grow on so one day Penny might have to go.
